Configuration Help Needed

Hi Experts,

If the ECC DEV server is having configuration of 4CPU - 10 GB then what should be the ideal configuration for the BI DEV server ??

Please provide me the solution and if possible then please provide the link from which i can get the Idea.. Thanks in Advance.
