How to find the destination host and port?

Hi,

I'm a newbie in sap and want to find out my Destination host and port.

I found something promising at Settings -> User Parameters -> in tab Internet Transaction Server, but I'm not quit sure if its right.

Your question is unclear. Destination of what? Connecting with what from where to where?
