how to deactive or delete the transaction varient or screen varient which we created in shdo.
Hello Experts,
Thanks Amit for the reply.
when ever we create a transaction varient , is the transport request is generated or we need to do it directly in the production?
When we use the shdo and when we use incompletion procedure please give me one line answer.

Dear SD,
Transport Request generation/ recording is dependent upon settings under T. Code: SCC4.
In General, recording (i.e. Transport Request) generation is not maintain (i.e. Option - Changes w/o automaticrecording, no transports allowed; is maintained) for Client: Production.
Whereas, for Clients: Development & Quality, Recording (i.e. Option - Automatic Recording of Changes are allowed)
Whenever, there is a requirement to change standard functionality of an Standard Transaction, we create Transaction/ Screen varinat in SHD0.
(For example, certain fields are kept as mandatory in Standard Transaction. But, as per your business requirement, you don't want to maintain entries as madatory. So, you create a Screen VAriant for that particular Transaction.)
Hope, this satisfies your query.
P.S.: Please don't restrict anyone to express his own views, in his own ways. Definitely, its up to you, how and what you wanna take from that.
Very Best Regards,
Amit.

Dear SD,
In addition to my earlier post:
Another requirement to use SHD0, could be additional Field-Requirement, to capture additional information at Business transaction level.
In general, we add new Fields under "Additaional Data" at various busines transaction-levels
Incompletion Procedure
In an Incompleteness Procedure, we group together the fields that are to be checked for completeness. If you have not entered data in one of the fields in the document, the document is incomplete.
Very Best Regards,
Amit.
Note: With Phrase: Business Transaction, I mean, Sales Order or Delivery or Purchase Order etc,
