Always maximize an iView tray.

Dear expert,

I have several iView in a page. Are there anyway to set the iView properties that the iView tray is always maximize when it it load initially. I have some users that they previously try to minimize the tray and now whenever they open the page..that iView is always minimize. I tried to clean up the personlizations for the users and it still the same. Anyway to remove this setting? Is it save in any cache?

Brian,

set No to Show Expand/Collapse icon in Tray of iview properties so that you can avoid minimising the iview.

Hi Bala,

I have actually tried on that. The problem is after i set this option, those users that have minimize the tray previously cannot even expand the tray because of the option is remove and the iview is remain collaps all the time.

However i believe this is some personalization for specific user. I am wondering whether there is anyway to remove this personalization first before i set No to Show Expand/Collapse icon in Tray of iview properties?
