Not able to see ESS page

Hi,

I am getting following error when I log into portal.

This users is having only Employee self service role in portal and SAP_Employee_ERP and SAP_Employee roles in the backend.

I tried assigning all the possible roles in the protal , I am able to see ESS page only when I assign Super user role. Can any body help me on this.
