But when I use transaction SXMB_IFR, I am getting an error message

I have installed the Netweaver ABAP 7.1 Trial version. Everything is working fine.

But when I use transaction SXMB_IFR, I am getting an error message

" error while reading configuration for secure communication".

I am using Windows vista.

Please Help me. Points will be awarded for help.
