Hello,
We have ERP 6.0 and using FI, SD, and MM modules. When we have copied a new client 900 from 000, all company codes also were copied. In the new client 900, in the tcode FB01 there is a field 'company code', on this field when we do F4, it displays all company codes available which were copied from client 000. We don't want to display all these company codes except our company codes. Can anybody please advice is there anyway to restrict the drop down company codes list?
I appreciate your help
Best Regards,
Krish
Hello Somar,
And also BUK doesn't restrict displaying company codes when we press F4. Instead when we define BUK in the user master with company code, the tcode FB01 displaying company code which we defined in the BUK as default, still we do F4 and display remaining company codes
Thanks,
Kris

Hello Somar,
Thanks for your information. Is there a way to avoid all these SAP company codes from 000 when we do a client copy?
Thanks,
Kris

SAP delivers sample companies codes. Best way to default your company code is maintain parameter 'BUK' in user parameters.
