IT 0021 - update information

Hi all,

One of the fields that we track in IT 0021 for the children is the Education Level, so when we create the children register we enter for example School - 2nd Grade. But that information will be out of date next year since the child will be in 3rd Grade. Is there any common way to handle this situation? The data entry people requiere a way to update this information in an automatic way. Is important to have this information updated because there are some benefits depending on the child's grade.
