Inbound delivery for material with zero stock

Hello all,

when we want to create an inbound delivery (VL31N) for a material with no stock, the system will not allow us to do that. Is there some kind of check behind that?

Does it maybe have something to do with SPRO- Logistics Execution u2013 Shipping u2013 Basic Shipping Functions u2013 Availability Check and Transfer of Requirements u2013 Availability Check for item category ELN for shipping notification??
