Equipment PRT convert as Material PRT

Hello Expert,

We are doing performance based maintenance for equipment PRT based on Production order confirmations.

(identical equipment have unique eq. number Eq1 & Eq2 and usage are count by two counters / Two Maintenance Plans)

Now we need to Materialize these equipment and assign as Material PRT to Production Order. I need to clarify below issues:

• Whats is the standard SAP solution? having single Material code for Identical multiple Equipment?
• How the production confirmation determined the correct Equipment to count ( Since we assign Material PRT to operation not the equipment)
• How the availability check PRT take place when Order release

Please help
