Hello All,

Recently, we setup one sandbox system (4.2 SP 05) for business and configured everything without any issues.

But, when we try to login with enterprise, we are getting below error and there is no issue with Administrator account.

Error: Account information not recognized: Enterprise authentication could not log you on.

Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008)

We configured enterprise authentication under authentication page perfectly and user account has enterprise alias as well.

Please let me know, is there any issue in server level?

this statement is redundant. Are you attempting to login with enterprise or some other authentication type? If using enterprise is the enterprise administrator account working?

enterprise doesn't need configuration, it merely needs accounts created in the CMC, this is the default authentication type with BI and includes the administrator account. When you start referring to aliases, that generally means you are using another authentication type (LDAP, AD, SAP) .

The error is expecting an enterprise account and password, anything else (AD, LDAP, SAP) would receive this error if your authentication type was set to enterprise even if you entered the right credentials. If you are sure you are logging in with enterprise then this indicates the username or password is incorrect.
