Hi,

it looks like you reached your quota that is assigned to this subaccount with plan "dev-beta" (as the error message shows). You might want to check, if you have quota for a different plan. In case you know you have quota available in other subaccounts (or even unassigned), you can change the entitlements on Global Account level > Entitlements. In case you want to see what Entitlements a subaccount got assigned, check the Subaccount Overview Page.

In case you are using all the quotas your company purchased (you can doublecheck it as Daniel described), get in touch with your local sales representative.
