Blank Contacts Created in Outlook when syncing based on Account ownership.

We're looking at the Client Groupware integration option to sync Outlook and CRM. Everything is working perfectly up to this point with exception of syncing contacts based on account ownership. The synchronization process identifies the owned accounts and the correct number of associated contacts; however when the contacts are created in outlook the entries are blank. For example if there are 6 contacts associated with a owned account it will create 6 blank contact entries.

Anyone seen this?
