We are implementing SRM business package 5.5

Could someone please tell me the following:

1.What is a Purchasing Card?

2.How is a Purchasing card used?

3.What are the different types of Purchasing cards used in SAP SRM?

4.What is the American Express Recon Tool?

5.How to implement this?

Could someone please help me with the above questions?
