Termination Action

On Rehire date I need to Check when the Employee is terminated. If employee is terminated the same year as Rehire date No vacation Quota is allowed

I tried OutWPMASSN but it is not checking if the Termination action exists for the employee or not. Please let me know any other ways to check if Termination Action exists for the employee. If it exists when It happened
