Standard business object name for service ticket different channel reply/Comment

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement to send some custom BO data through the services ticket different channels like we have Facebook,Twitter,Email,SMS Below is the snap.

Ex: Agent want to send some custom BO data to the customer through Facebook comment.

We can pass data dynamically to this section by click of a button from custom BO or Standard Enhance button?

As we can see there are multiple channels available PortalPost/Email/Facebook,

For Email we can extend Activity business object and we can pass dynamic data but for other channels what is the business object name to extend which stores this data?(Facebook Comment,SMS,Twitter etc).

Kindly help in this issue.
