Unable to install Database Studio on W2k x86

Hi,

I try to install the database studio 7.7.0.4.23 on a W2K with SP4 and the setup breaks down with

SYS: "C:\maxdb\programs\bin\x_server.exe" install

STDERR: cannot install x_server as service

There is Database Manager and SQL Studio version 7.6 installed, all older Versions are deinstalled (hopefully). The installation package should be OK, I installed it on another server successfully.

Any idea?
