BusinessObjects XI Release 2 - SP4

Hi,

I can see that I need to install BusinessObjects Enterprise XI R2 - LA Fix for SP4 on top of Service Pack 4 to fix a regression. Are there any other considerations ? Any following important fix'es aso., or is it ok to wait for SP5 ?
