Adapter Engine Alerts

Hi Experts,

What are the key configurations & settings to receive Mail alerts for Adapter Engine Error's?

I have created created an alert category and configured necessary rules for that category.

I am getting alert mails for Integration Engine Error's. But I am not receiveing any alert mails for Communication channel Errors.

What could be the problem? Is there any special settings to be done to receive adapter engine errors?
