Print Number for Copy in Smartforms

Hi all,

I want to print the number of copy which is given by user on print pop-up.

Eg. A smartform has one page and user want to print the three copies of that smartform then first copy contain the "Print - 01" , second copy will contain "Print - 02" and third copy will contain "Print - 03".
