Problems with ZEBRA S4M

Hi Masters,

I am having some problems with the zebra printer. I created a smartform with a code bar, when i display the smartform,it looks well, when i printed in a laser printer, it works well, but when i tried to printer in that zebra printer, it doesnt work. I dont know why.

Do i need to configurate sth to make it works? I am using SAP ECC 6.0. Do i need to upload some package?

Any idea? give me some steps to make it works,
