SAP SEGW Service Maintenance Disable


Dear Experts,

We have developed a working Gateway service in our S4 /HANA backend.

We made a few modifications to this service and re-generated the runtime it without any issues (the service still works as expected).

Suddenly, the buttons under the Service Maintenance are disabled as shown below;

we had tried severally to clear the caches ("/IWBEP/Cache_Cleanup" and "/IWFND/Cache_Cleanup") without success.

Seems like the SEGW may be buggy.

Note: the service still works as expected with the FIORI Apps

Kindly point us in the right direction on how to resolve this issues
