Web DynPro iView in Portal

Dear All,

I am having Web DynPro iView in Portal. that is in "collapsed stage".

My Problem is,

After hits of expanding and refreshing the Web DynPro iView, then only it is loading the page.

why it is happening?Any option for solving this.
