Hi all

I Have to maintain the tolerance lmit (+/- 5%) for quantitys in purchase order, i have to do back end setting. where i can do that setting so that when i will receive good more that 5% it should give me an error msg.

Hi,

You can maintain the tolerance limites in the PO only.

In item details Delivery tab in the PO there you can maintain tol. limites.

If maintained there at(PO) at the time of MIGO it will not allow to take more then the tolerance limites.

PO item details> delivery tab> under delivery tolerance and over delivery tolerance

First Configure a purchase value key in

SPRO --> MM --> Purchasing --> Material Master --> Puchase Value Key with the tolerance limit required

and assign it to the Material master then same can automaticaly come in PO

.u can see tolerance limit in Poitem detail>over delivery tolerance

i guess u can also maintain tolerance limit, in me12, inforecord, in purchase org 1 data...

u can do it for the material

just maintain the tolerance limit in purchase value key

use OME1
