Hana stop through Lama not working

Hi All,

The auto stop and start working fine for application servers except Tenant hana database. When we stop the hana Tenant database got failed with below error message.

We have followed the sap note "2582525 - Ignore open connections during shutdown of SAP HANA database in SAP Landscape Management". We are facing an same issue.

We have maintained user is SAPBSP in In the 'Operation Settings' section under 'Ignore User for SAP HANA shutdown', enter users which can be ignored during a soft shutdown

There are still open connections [ Client Host= NCDWIN7xxxx.dodcorp.com.au, Username=SAPBSP, Status=IDLE, Current Statement=, Last Action='CloseCursor', Client Host= NCDWIN7PXD17xxxx.dodcorp.com.au, Username=SAPBSP, Status=IDLE, Current Statement=, Last Action='CloseStatement', Client Host= NCDWIN7xxxx. dodcorp.com.au, Username=SAPBSP, Status=IDLE, Current Statement=, Last Action='FetchCursor']
