Shopping Cart not going for Requisition

Dear All,

We have implemented the BADI for n-step approval of shopping cart.

It is working well in development system.

But in quality, we are facing the following problem:

We created shopping cart of value, say 100 USD, for which no approval is required.

The approval preview shows u201Cno approval requiredu201D.

However, when when we look at the shopping cart in Check Status, the shopping cart is u201CAwaiting Approvalu201D.

Even for shopping cart for which approvals are required, after providing all the necessary approvals, the shopping cart status in CHECK STATUS is not "Approved" but still u201CAwaiting Approvalu201D.

Any customization issue? Do anyone have any idea?
