upload the Non EN text using FM 'ALSM_EXCEL_TO_INTERNAL_TABLE'

Dear Friends,

I am uploading the RU language ( Russian ) text from a Excel sheet to a Z table with using FM 'ALSM_EXCEL_TO_INTERNAL_TABLE',

In My programe when I downloaded the Excel data into Internal table the data is comming as a junk charectors Not reading the original RU language text. If I login into RU then its works fine, but I need If I am in EN also I want to upload the non EN text.
