Select Filter Value took long time to display values

Hi all,

We have some performance issue regarding selecting filter value. When the user right-click on a free characteristic and choose Select Filter Value, it took a while to display the values. We have authorization for that characteristic though.

Any particular reason why is it behaving this way and please give some advise on how to speed up this process.
