Transports

Hi All,

I wonder if any one can give a valuable suggestion for the issue which is given below.

A custom program which is developed in DEV system and the transported to down stream systems TST andf PRD and active in this systems. Now, the Previous version of the program has been modified in DEV system and entered in a new request but not yet transported to TST and PRD systems. This Program with new version is currently active in DEV system. But, our functional guy wants to revert the program to older version in DEV system. i.e the earlier version of the program.

Problem is it has been created long back and some how, earlier version is missing in the version managemnt in DEV system and the data file also doesn't exist but cofile exist. So is there any way where i can find the older version of the program to revert it back to the versions which is currently active as TST and PRD.

Your answers are much appreciated.

Regards,

Sandhya

    Hi Sandhya,

    through version management you can recalled the old version.

    Tcode SE09 > display -> select the particular transport request > Object(from menu) >version

    seclect the old version and recall it..

      Hi,

      To see the request for which the object was modified long back, go to se16 & access table name E071K. In this do put your Object name & try to get the request # under which this object was edited.
