take part 1 and part 2 both entries after grn

i have done migo 101 but not taken excise part1 and so not able to take part 2 also so can u pls teel me how to take part1 and 2 after grn

Hai,

in J1i5 you have to update the excise values w.r.t. material document.Then again do J1IEX to capture and post the excise invoice.

at time of gr use no excise

step1 go to j1iex and capture the excise with ref of gr doc

step2 then update the part 1 entry manually in j1i5

step 3 then post excise in j1iex with ref of int invoice no given in step 1

Hi,

Steps to capture excise invoice after GRN

1)Capture the Excise Invoice through J1IEX_C.

2)Update the Part1 through J1I5(if required)

3)Post the excise invoice through J1IEX_P

4)Update registers through J2I5

5)Get the print out by J2I6

Hi,

Go to J1IS excise invoice with other movements create with othr ref.document type.

Go to J1I5 update of registers RG1 &RG23 Part1

Go to J1IEX and post

Hi,

If you have not captured the excise in MIGO then goto J1IEX transaction there select the option capture excise then select the option Goods reciept, enter the material document & then proceed for Capture & post the excise part 1 & part 2
