not possible to change colors and themes in the SAP GUI 7.1

Please help me regarding this problem

old system is 4.6C

New ECC 6.0

It seems not possible to change colors and themes in the SAP GUI 7.1

for the upgraded SAP ECC6.0. It works fine for the not-upgraded system.
