Loan Posting to personal accounts

Dear consultants,

My client wants loans given to the employees to be posted in their personal GL accounts, say PN001234. where 1234 is employee's personnel number. And entries of subsequent repayments to be made in the same GL so that at any time the outstanding loans can be seen by referring to that account.

May I know how to Create such GL accounts (the number would be as high as the no of employees). What should be type of Symbolic account to be used? how these accounts are to be linked with the personnel numbers? Any other information about such type of accounts.
