How to file quarterly return of FORM 27EQ for TCS on SCRAP SALES in transaction code FIWTIN_QRETURNS

We have configured the TCS on SCRAP SALES process.
Further, we are looking to file the QUARTERLY RETURNS of section 206C (INDIA).
As per now, we are using FORM 27EQ in transaction code FIWTIN_QRETURNS but the file being generated is blank (LIST CONTAINS NO DATA)

We have successfully filled the quarterly returns of other forms(26Q,27Q) from the same TCODE.

we have already implemented the stated notes in the system but problem persists.
Only FORM 27EQ output is not coming.
