Cannot logon to APS.

Hi,

I'm trying to connect to our repository but when I fill in the data for the following:

Authentication: Enterprise

APS: CROWN

User Name:cartujan

Password:*******

I'm getting this error message.

"Unable to retrieve cluster members. APS host 'CROWN' cannot be found on the network. Please verify

the name and that network name resolution is working properly".

Our repository is located in Australia and I'm working here in the Philippines.

I could connect to the database (Oracle Database) and could create new reports even the database is in Australia with no use of VPN. But the problem is I could not deploy our reports in the repository and also could not view the existing reports because of this problem.

Did I miss something in my configuration?

I'm using Crystal Report 9 Professional Edition.
