ALEAUDIT IDoc cannot find request IDoc in Integration Server

Hi,

I have a scenario where I am sending records from a SQL server to SAP and creating IDOCs.

In addition, I have a seperate distinct scenario where I send the status of the IDOCs back to the SQL server using the ALEAUD.ALEAUD01 IDOC. I have configured a seperate scenario for this and am triggering the ALEAUD01 IDOC creation from a custom report program.

When I run the program the ALEAUD01 IDOC gets created with the status 03 - Data passed to port OK

Now when I log into SXMB_MONI in PI I see the following error message "ALEAUDIT IDoc cannot find request IDoc in Integration Server"

Can someone please help me fix this?

Hi,

create ZALEAUD01 and send it from your custom program

then everything will work

you cannot pass ALEAUD01 via XI as a normal IDOC

Thanks for your quick reply.

Do you mean you want me to create a custom message type ZALEAUD or do you want me to create a custom IDOC type ALEAUD01 ?

This apart is there anything else I need to be doing?

Hi,

IDOC ZALEAUD01

mess type - ZALEAUD

as a compy of the standard of course

then just fill it in your report and do standard IDOC config in XI

Did you run ABAP program at R/3?

Where you passed the message from XI i didnt get this part.If not passed then it will not be present in SXMB_MONI of PI but will be at SXMB_MONI at R/3
