J2EE License not displayed(Visual Administrator)

Hello.

we did P2v migration of SAP Server (NetWeaver 7.2) using Vmware Vcenter Converter
without changing IP address and FQDN.

After migration, SAP Instance started normally, but there is

something wrong with Visual Administrator(Licensing Adaptor).

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Hello Kazuaki,

The Visual Admin is recommended only for 7.0x systems, for newer versions licences can be maintained in NetWeaver Administrator.

In case You meant 7.02 version, in this version You can manage the licences with Visual Admin. I would recommend to try applying a new licence, the following SAP Help page helps You in it.

If You typed the version correctly and meant about 7.2 version, the recommended licence management 'tool' is the NWA, therefore it is possible that You do not see the licence data in Visual Admin. Please check the licence in NWA (Configuration → Infrastructure → Licenses)
