Hi,
Is there a recommended method to extract data from BPC to submit to another consolidation application? We are currently researching the BPC NW version, but I have not found a recommended method for data extraction for either the MS or NW BPC version.
Thanks,
Steve
Hi,
You can use UJQ_RUN_AXIS_QUERY function module to read the data from BPC cubes. With this FM it is possible to read not only data which is physicaly stored in the cube, but also which is calculated on the fly(hierarchies and formulas).
Also you can check UJQ_SQE_TEST program, which calls this module.

For BPC Microsoft version you have EXPORT DM package providing you ability to extract data into a text file.
Into NW version you don't have actually this ability but Development is working to provide this functionality.
Any way you can build you Process Chain to do your export from BPC infocubes.
