Business Objects Info View won't display 3 of 9 barcodes

I have a report that contains codes in 3 of 9 font, which displays as a barcode. The barcoding allows the hardcopy of the resulting report to be scanned into a machine for document recognition.

When I preview the report in Crystal Reports Designer X, the barcodes display correctly.

When I view the report through BO Info View over the web, only the underlying codes display, and not the barcode.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
