SAP PS WBS-Statistical & Real WBS

Hello All,

I am aware of the configuration of Statistical was elements also a project can be created with combination of statistical and real wbs elements.

-Real WBS elements can be settled to FXA/CTR.

-Statistical WBS will be Activated and a cost center must be entered since statically needs a real CO object and it can't be settled.

Did anyone come across through this scenario ? If so , could you give me a relevant business scenario ? I am trying to connect dots.Any advise wouid be a great help.

Main difference between real and statistical wbs are financial posting are allowed to real wbs while statistical wbs are not allowed to such posting so settlement will perform on real wbs only. statistical wbs won't be settle.

both wbss are same by creation point of view but have to mark checked statistical box.

let me know any thing is unclear.

Could you please elaborate how initial stock uploading is done against statistical WBS?

What is procedure to transfer project stock from statistical WBS to non statistical WBS?
