List of delvieries created for the past three years

Hi

I am BI consultant and i need to extract all delvieries created for the past three years into BI.

SAP Delviered Extractor doesnt provide the date field in the selection parameter for us to extract the records.

My Business has given the number ranges and when i check for the no of documents its 100 million records.of course they gave the entire number rangess used in the system.I.e i am getting all the deliveries in the system.i dont want all the deliveries .All i need is only deliveries for the past three years.
