Crystal Xcelsius Pro 4.5 key needs to be re-activated

Hello.

My end user needs her key re-activated. She had machine re-imaged. Key was on old machine but will not work on re-image. Our Account Mngr suggested we click the link to re-activate. We were told to post to the thread.

Please advise.
