can't open pdf file in DIR maintenance

Hi experts

We attached pdf file for Document. but for one pc , when we click pdf to open it in document, it said " error while setting data provider object" ..

what's wrong ? any clues?

hi,

there are two probabilities

first is, on that system acrobat software is not downloaded. plz chcek whether on that system software is installed or not?

second case, go to transction dc20 and check whether the application is added or not. if not plz add it.
