Trading partner management in XI

Hi,

I would like to know, How in XI trading partner details are managed like Trading Partner ID, Mailbox, Communications, IP Addresses , Login Information, Security, Data Encryption Protocols etc.

Versioning of trading partner( diff partenr may require different fields )source & destiantion system ,Enveloping and De-enveloping etc.

Some of the details could be included in the Party definition.

Then you may create Business systems for the commnicating systems which holds various technical details. Login information or Data Encryption Protocols are handled at the Communication channels for these business systems directly.

Hi,

Thanks for your information. How about versioning of Trading partner. Each partner will have different levels of fields visible. how do u maintain these information for a same message say 850 for each trading partner.
