How to add Real SQL Database to Crystal Report Evaluation version 2008

Hello,

I have installed Crystal Report 2008 and using the Xtream.mdb databsde which is in Access.

I would like to use my own SQL database to learn more about it. Please tell me how to connect the SQL Database so that i can make my own query.
