When ticket is closed on webclient the system log gives warning why ?

Hi Expert,

I am working in webclient 5.2.whenever any BP logs in and create a ticket on webclient the system stores a log for that.I am getting a warning when status is close the other open , approval, inprocess is working fine. to see it please use transaction crmd_order and use any ticket no to see the problem.

I am very new in crm so facing problem to findout the cause.

Please guide me and tell be the possible cause of this.
