Change size of Popup Window?

hi all,

I would like to change the size of the popup window, which appears when you click on "personalize" in masthead-area.

I assigned the standard "portal personalization" workset to a certain role.

unfortunetly I cant figure out where to increase the size of the popup.

Hope, somebody can help me.
