Viewing CRM Marketing Organisations in search

In our development system , when we create a new marketing organisation , we can see it immediately in the drop down search of the marketing organisation field in the campaign but in our test system , it takes hours to appear in the search

In debugging the search in test , it seems there is no entry in the indx /p table , hence it is not returned in the search results

Is there a transaction or workflow that I can execute to get the new marketing organisation in the search immediately in our test system?
