RFQ process

Hi All,

I have to demonstrate the RFQ process to the client.

Can you please let me know the whole RFQ process , how it is done and the related finer points that need to be stressed. Also is there any configuration required to be done for this.

Would really appreciate if someone could provide me a document or a link for the same.
