How to use the technical component application list in SAP Lumira?

Hello,

i have just started to learn sap lumira designer. I have already used several technical components but now i came across the technical component application list. Unfortunately I didnt find any helpful tutorial how to use this component.

I would appreciate if someone could give me an explanation what this component is used for and an example how to use this component?
