All, We try to start a customer-made workflow from a customer report and transaction by using SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT_IBF or SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT. However, it does not matter which one we are using - the result is frustrating. SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT_IBF does not make anything, further the event container definition (xml format) is tricky. With SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT we eventually can start the workflow, but the workflow engine immediately set the workitem (workflwo) in the status logical deleted. The run time instance of BUS2018 is created fine, means it contains all data. But the workflow obviously crashes. If I create an event with SWUE the workflow works fine, so our test data base is okay. The BUS2018 is correctly started as well as the workflow. Conclusively the program we use to create the event is not correct. Remembering former function moduls we tried to use SWE_EVENT_CREATE, but the system does not accept it in SWETYPV due to missing parameters. Can someone provide with help, please?
